A seizure is the physical findings or changes in behavior that occur after an episode of abnormal electrical activity in the brain.

Vertigo is a symptom of illusory movement, most commonly of spinning of oneself or of the environment.Neurologist will take detailed h/o, examine the patient in various positions and if required will do tests to diagnose vertigo-like VNG (videonystagmography).
